By using our services, you acknowledge that you:

• Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
• Will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

• Custom website design and development
• E-commerce platform development
• Web application development
• Content management systems
• Website maintenance and support

3.2 Mobile App Development Services

• Native iOS and Android applications
• Cross-platform mobile solutions
• UI/UX design and development
• App store submission and optimization
• Mobile app maintenance and updates

3.3 Digital Marketing Services

• Search engine optimization (SEO)
• Pay-per-click (PPC) advertising
• Social media marketing and management
• Content marketing and creation
• Analytics and performance reporting

3.4 Specialized Forex Services

• Forex CRM development and customization
• PAMM and MAMM system development
• Copy trading platform development
• Introducing Broker (IB) management systems
• Trading platform integration

4.1 Project Proposals and Contracts

• All projects begin with a detailed proposal outlining scope, timeline, and costs
• Projects require a signed contract before commencement
• Changes to project scope require written approval and may incur additional costs
• Timeline estimates are based on client cooperation and timely feedback

4.2 Client Responsibilities

• Provide all necessary content, materials, and information
• Respond to requests for feedback within agreed timeframes
• Obtain necessary licenses for third-party tools and services
• Ensure legal compliance for your business operations
• Make payments according to agreed schedules

4.3 Delivery and Acceptance

• Projects are delivered according to agreed specifications
• Clients have 7 days to review and request revisions
• Minor revisions are included; major changes may incur additional costs
• Final acceptance occurs upon client approval or after revision period

5.1 Payment Schedule

• Projects typically require 50% advance payment before commencement
• Remaining balance due upon project completion
• Large projects may have milestone-based payment schedules
• Monthly retainer services require advance payment

5.2 Payment Methods

• Bank transfers (preferred method)
• Online payment gateways
• Checks (for significant amounts)
• International wire transfers (for overseas clients)

5.3 Late Payments

• Late payment charges of 2% per month on overdue amounts
• Services may be suspended for payments overdue by 30+ days
• Legal action may be taken for payments overdue by 90+ days

6.1 Client-Owned Content

• Clients retain ownership of their content, logos, and brand materials
• Clients grant us license to use their materials for project completion
• We respect and protect client confidential information

6.2 Developed Solutions

• Custom-developed solutions become client property upon full payment
• We retain rights to general methodologies and techniques
• Source code is provided upon project completion and payment
• We may retain rights to portfolio use and case studies (with client consent)

6.3 Third-Party Components

• Third-party tools and libraries remain property of their respective owners
• Clients responsible for obtaining necessary licenses
• We provide guidance on licensing requirements

• All client information is treated as confidential
• Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) available upon request
• Data protection measures comply with applicable privacy laws
• Client data is not shared with unauthorized third parties
• Secure development and deployment practices are followed

8.1 Service Warranties

• We warrant that services will be performed with professional skill
• Delivered solutions will substantially conform to agreed specifications
• We will correct defects identified within 30 days of delivery

8.2 Disclaimer of Other Warranties

• Services provided "as is" without other express warranties
• No warranty regarding third-party compatibility
• No guarantee of specific business results or outcomes
• Client responsible for backup and security of their data

Our liability is limited as follows:

• Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for services
• No liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• No liability for business interruption or lost profits
• Client must notify us of claims within 6 months of discovery
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, etc.) exclude liability

10.1 Included Support

• Bug fixes for 30 days after project delivery
• Basic technical support via email
• Documentation and user guides

10.2 Extended Support (Additional Cost)

• Ongoing maintenance and updates
• Feature enhancements and modifications
• Priority technical support
• Server management and monitoring
• Security updates and patches

11.1 Termination by Client

• Clients may terminate projects with 15 days written notice
• Payment due for work completed up to termination date
• Deliverables completed will be provided upon payment

11.2 Termination by ATOMBIT

• We may terminate for non-payment or breach of terms
• 15 days notice provided for termination (except for material breach)
• Work completed will be delivered upon payment of outstanding amounts

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India
• Disputes subject to jurisdiction of Hyderabad courts
• Preference for amicable resolution through negotiation
• Mediation available for complex disputes
• Arbitration may be required for certain commercial disputes

13.1 General Compliance

• Clients responsible for compliance with applicable laws in their jurisdiction
• We provide guidance but do not guarantee regulatory compliance
• Clients must obtain necessary licenses and approvals

13.2 Forex Services Compliance

• Forex clients must have proper regulatory authorizations
• Compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements
• Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures must be implemented
• Risk disclosure requirements must be met

• These Terms may be updated periodically
• Significant changes will be communicated to active clients
• Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms
• Project-specific contracts may have additional or modified terms
